Under English law, items purchased from the Online Shop may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Provided such items are received by the La Pica Art in a resaleable condition, a refund including original shipping cost will be issued. The cost of returning the item will not be refunded, unless the item is damaged.
If an incorrect item is sent by La Pica Art, it will be replaced only if it is returned within 14 days of receipt, in which case we will refund the cost of returning the item.
Refunds cannot be made for any sealed items that have been opened, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If you wish to claim a refund you must do so in writing, by e-mail, and the item must be returned to La Pica Art, within 14 days of receipt.
Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.
